 Chinese rm sues Apple for copyright violation BEIJING 

AChinese clothing company has sued tech giant Apple for copyright infringement of its logo and demanded a compensation of $15,200, a court in Beijing has said. Clothing label KON claimed that Apple App Store logo closely resembles its own (in picture), which has been used as a trademark since 2011.

This holiday season, Amazon’s Echo Dot was the top-selling Amazon device, as well as the top-selling product available from any manufacturer across all categories on Amazon.com, with millions sold.
