 Chinese rm sues Apple for copyright violation BEIJING 

AChinese clothing company has sued tech giant Apple for copyright infringement of its logo and demanded a compensation of $15,200, a court in Beijing has said. Clothing label KON claimed that Apple App Store logo closely resembles its own (in picture), which has been used as a trademark since 2011.

•What is Turing test in Artificial intelligence? This refers to a test used to measure the ability of machines to engage in intelligent behaviour similar to that of human beings. As part of the test, a human interrogator is made to ask a variety of questions to a human being and a machine, both hidden from the sight of the interrogator. The interrogator is then asked to guess the machine from the human being based purely on the written responses to his or her questions. The Turing test was proposed by English computer scientist Alan Turing in his famous 1950 paper “Computing Machinery and Intelligence”.

IRCTC Ticketing Scam: Railway Minister Piyush Goyal Orders Strengthening of Cyber-Security Railway Minister Piyush Goyal has directed the  IRCTC  and the  Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS)  to strengthen cyber-security in the wake of an alleged ticketing scam unearthed by the CBI. The CBI earlier this week nabbed a software programmer of its anti-corruption division and a former employee of the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) for allegedly operating an illicit software that subverted the railways reservation system.
